How do I choose the right ride for my child?
Consider your child’s age, size, riding experience and where they’ll be using it. Product size, seating, riding surface and capability are often more useful than choosing by voltage alone. Check the individual product page for suitability and specifications before ordering.
Do Endless Toys ride-on cars include parental remote control?
Yes. Our electric ride-on cars include parental remote control, allowing an adult to assist with steering and control while younger riders build confidence. The child can also operate the vehicle independently when appropriate.
What’s the difference between 12V and 24V ride-on cars?
12V models are generally suited to younger riders and smooth, even surfaces. 24V models typically use larger motors, offer greater capability and are often found in larger or two-seat vehicles. Always compare the individual model rather than choosing by voltage alone.
Do ride-on cars need assembly?
Yes. Most ride-on vehicles arrive partially assembled and require some final setup. Instructions are included, and assembly videos are available for selected models. Our team can also assist if you need help during setup.
How long does the battery last per charge?
Runtime varies by model, rider weight, speed, terrain and battery condition. Check the individual product page for the expected runtime and charging information for that specific model.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Endless Toys delivers Australia-wide using major freight and courier services. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the product.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 12–24 hours. Metro deliveries typically take around 2–4 business days, while regional and remote deliveries may take approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Do you offer local pickup & local delivery in Melbourne?
Yes. Customers can choose Click & Collect from our Melbourne warehouse, usually ready within 1–2 hours.
For delivery:
- Free delivery within 30km of our warehouse (online orders only)
- $30 delivery within 50km of our warehouse
- Same-day delivery within 30km is available for $50
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, a reattempt may incur additional charges this depends on the courier handling your order.
What warranty comes with an Endless Toys ride-on?
Our standard warranty includes 6 months on drivability components and 3 months on the battery. Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing faults within the relevant warranty period.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage or damage caused by inappropriate use. Lights, music and similar non-drivability features are also excluded from the standard drivability warranty.
What happens if something goes wrong with my ride-on?
Contact our support team and we’ll help identify the issue. Where appropriate, we’ll work through troubleshooting and replacement parts first before considering a return of the complete vehicle.
