Warranty Policy

At Endless Toys, we stand by the quality of our ride-on toys and want you to enjoy them with peace of mind. All our products come with a warranty that covers technical faults and manufacturer defects.

Warranty Period

  • 6 Months Warranty – Covers major technical faults affecting the drivability of the ride-on.

  • 3 Months Battery Warranty – Batteries must be recharged regularly to remain healthy. If left uncharged for extended periods, battery life will degrade and this will not be covered.

What’s Covered

  • Motors

  • Control Modules

  • Remote Controls

  • Chargers

  • Battery (3 months)

  • Body parts – Only if proven to be a manufacturer defect (not caused by misuse or overloading).

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Overloading beyond recommended limits

  • Water damage (please keep all ride-ons away from water and do not wash the control panels, wiring, or switches)

  • Music boards, decorative lights, and other non-essential complementary features

⚠️ Metal parts such as suspension, axles, and wheels are only covered for manufacturer defects. If damaged through misuse or overloading, they are not covered. However, we’re happy to assist in special-ordering replacement parts from our suppliers (lead times may apply).

Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  2. We may request photos or videos to help diagnose the problem.

  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting, provide spare parts, or even assist with a video call to help with repairs.

Resolution Options

  • Our first priority is always repair.

  • If an item cannot be repaired and is confirmed to have a product issue, we may arrange a replacement.

  • For used products requiring replacement, the customer covers shipping costs or can bring the product to our warehouse for service.

  • The original unit must be returned to us for inspection and repair attempts before a replacement can be finalised.

Customer Responsibility

  • Products must be either:

    • Dropped off at our warehouse: 4/4 Integration Court, Truganina VIC

    • Shipped to us at the customer’s expense

  • Proof of purchase (online order number or in-store receipt) is required.

Our Promise: We aim to support every customer, even outside of warranty. If your product is not covered, we will still do our best to help you source parts at minimal cost.
