Return & Refund Policy

At Endless Toys, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns apply only to products sold and picked up in their box.

  • Assembled or installed products are not eligible for return, regardless of whether they were assembled by Endless Toys or by the customer.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

  • Please contact our team before sending back any item so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request within 24–48 business hours (allow extra time during peak periods).

  • Depending on your preference, we offer:

    • Refund to the original payment method

    • Store credit for future purchases

    • Exchange for another item (subject to availability)

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be in original condition with no signs of use.

  • Packaging must be intact and not ripped.

  • Proof of purchase (online order details or in-store receipt) is required.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to cancel and refund it.

  • Once the courier has collected your order, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Assembled or used products cannot be returned.

  • For products that have been opened and used, our team will provide spare parts or repair support where possible.

  • Items must be brought to our warehouse (4/4 Integration Court, Truganina VIC) or returned as directed after contacting our support team.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Faulty or damaged items are handled under our Warranty Policy (see separate page).

  • Please contact us with details and photos of the issue. If the product cannot be fixed with spare parts, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or return.

Restocking & Additional Charges

  • We do not charge a percentage restocking fee.

  • However, if Endless Toys incurs extra surcharges (e.g., oversized freight costs) that are normally absorbed by us, these may be deducted from your refund.

  • These surcharges typically range between $20–$40 AUD, depending on the item.
