Shipping Policy

At Endless Toys, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping works.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship Australia-wide.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Orders must be sent to a residential or business street address.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Couriers We Use

We partner with a range of reliable freight providers depending on your location, including but not limited to:

  • TNT

  • StarTrack

  • Allied Express

  • Team Global

  • Other regional carriers where required

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Rates are based on product dimensions and weight (length, width, height, and total weight).

  • Large ride-on toys and bulky items may incur higher freight charges due to size.

Dispatch & Handling

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 12–24 hours of payment.

  • If a courier misses collection or lacks availability, your order will be re-booked for the next day.

  • During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Areas: 2–4 business days, depending on the state.

  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 10–15 business days (some remote areas may take longer).

Click & Collect

  • Free local pickup is available from our warehouse:
    4/4 Integration Court, Truganina VIC

  • Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 hours (during business hours).

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If delivery fails, the courier will usually attempt a second delivery.

  • If the second attempt is unsuccessful and the item is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for covering the re-delivery costs.

Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please do not accept delivery and notify the courier.

  • If you have already accepted delivery and discover damage, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist.
